Anyway, on with information about the new feature I have 'added'...
You can now 'Ignore' the Membership Application board. Even I have noticed that it is quite annoying with the number of topics being created for applications, when they have nothing to do with you. I have now enabled a feature allowed you to 'Ignore' any posts made in the Applications board. When it is ignored new posts will not show up using the "unread post" option at the top of the page, this should remove some of it's annoying factor.

Anyway to 'Ignore' the Membership Application board simply go:
Profile > Modify Profile > Ignore Boards Options > Tick the box next to 'Membership Application' > Click 'Change profile'.

This should be a nice feature as I do understand that having to read through every application which isn't anything to do with you is annoying. You can however still do that if you want, by default you will not be ignoring the board .
