You read it right.

The live support system is back online, finally after sorting out my hosting issues I have recoded it, and re-enabled it. It is up for a trial run currently, and may be removed at any moment should an issue arise, but anyway until then...

Im going to act like the silly one and ask the obvious questions so people dont ask them.
1. How does it work?
2. How do I use it?
And
3. Any other things that I should be aware of?

1. Magic
2. Click the bar in the bottom right, a box will then slide up. Type your issue into the "blue" box at the bottom of the new box, and an operator will then reply. You then reply, etc. (If no operators are only, then post in the support board, or wait).
