I have tried both gmail and my internet provider email address. I have been waiting and trying for a couple of hours. I think when she first signed up she used the same email address as I did, so not sure if that caused issue, even though we got no error message.
I used gmail and had no issue at all, I did find in my spam folder but added it to trusted site.
I hope this can be resolved, she really wants to play :-) but without the activation she can't become a member.
