Dieing for no reason, Please help Mod or Admin

I was in the mining area for about 3 hours collecting resources and experince. I thought it would be a good time to explore the main town now that i had some money. I teleported to /spawn and instantly died and the respawn took to long to recover any items. Another player stole my 17 levels of experince, multiple stacks of cobble, dirt, coal, iron, as well as a DIAMOND. I would really hope that an admin or moderator could restore my items and punish the player allo... I had no warning or nothing that mentioned i would lose health in the spawn area therefor i feal it would be only right if i received some or a partial amount of my items back. This server has been incredibly fun so far and i would love to continue playing but dont see myself doing that if i have to restart completely. Please help me someone, thanks - Iamgreg

Firstly, when you die, you only receive about six and a half xp when you try to collect it again so accusing someone of stealing it, isn't a good idea. Secondly, when you randomly die it's usually from falling damage (Or atleast it is for me when this happens.), even though you didn't fall from a height, it's a glitch that sometimes happens. Oh and when you die from falling damage you don't drop items, this server has been nerfed so you only lose your items in certain circumstances like dying in lava.

[EDIT]: I seen on another post that you said you had no food bar, then your health dropped. That's a natural thing in minecraft, it isn't the staff's problem, you should prepare yourself for every journey you take.

Ok well firstly i dont really care about the experience at all bro, i just want my ores back from the fricken 3 hours i spent mining. Secondly, i randomly died because i had no food and 2 hearts left upon entering the spawn area, i teleported and started dieing instantly. I dropped all of my items because i died from losing my food and hp, which i dont think was fair towards me as i had no other way of getting away from the mining area and had no warning as to what would happen if i entered the spawn area. I dont care about my iron ingots and my gold or what have you, i just want my 1 diamond and 2 stacks of coal restored into my inventory so i can continue playing this game with some resources. Thanks for your completely useless reply that helped solve nothing with my problem man, your awesome!

EDIT - THERES NO FOOD IN THE MINING AREA

Iamgreg,  The staff has no way of returning your lost items.  This is a survival server which means you need to locate food on your own.  We have a server shop, there is a general chat you can ask in, as well as various shops at the /spawn town that sell items in the market district.  Your items will not be returned, nor will anything else when you die from hunger, falling, mobs killing you, lava, or other normal survival things.   Try reading the guides on the GUIDES section of the forums on how to get started.   The name of your topic is Dieing for No Reason,  not dying from Hunger.  I will lock this topic now.
