Q: Why do I get "cannot connect" when trying to access?
A: Noobstown has probabaly crashed, an admin will try to resolve the problem as fast as possible.

Q: I registered, but received no activation email?
A: You may have entered your email wrong, if you know how you write it wrong, login and change it. If you dont, ask a admin on the server to change it for you.

Q: I did my username wrong! I havent been made a member!
A: Open a thread asking for a account removal, then re-register with the correct username.

Q: I was griefed! What shall I do?
A: Ask a member of staff on the server, they shall roll back the grief.

Q: I keep on getting lag on the server
A: Make sure its not your end first by asking other people if they are experiencing lag. If they are aswell, when a admin comes online. Ask them to look into the problem

Q: When I try to connect, I get something like "X-Ray" and "Griefing", why is that?
A: You have been banned, if it is temp, a count down will be displayed when trying to login. Permanent ones dont, if your lucky, your ban appeal might be accepted and unbanned, which is highly rare.

Q: Why am I getting told of if I do something against the rules in ./msg and ./tell ?
A: Noobscraft staff are able to see what you do in private messages. If you do something rude, you'll be warned by staff. If you say something like "hurry up installing xray", your going to be banned.

Q: I registered and became a member, now what?
A: Join a town or walk really far into the wilderness. Several towns will invite you, unless their private.
