Noobtown unlock password help

Well, me Grim_Reaper65 and KingEnderman66 have a three man joined house. Grim figured out how to put a password on things and shared it with us.
Me and KingEnder did the /cunlock (password)
But even then, it won't open and it says "Owner doesn't allow allies to switch here"
Can anyone PLEASE tell us how to make it so we can join an accessible house with our password?

The owner, or in this case Grim_Reaper65 has to do /res friend add (username), on both of you, as I am guessing this is in a town.

If it is in the wilderness, I have no clue.

The owner of the plot needs to turn switch permissions on. 

/plot set perm switch on

That should allow you to open and close the door with a password.  You can also modify locks on a door using /cmodify <name> That way only those players that are added to the locked door can open it.  Much more efficient than using a password :)
