Blackthorn - Under construction (Read 3482 times)

A new town has been created today by Danniel1998. After all of the mayhem that happened to OakHaven yesterday, We all think that this is a new start. Mostly the people who did live in OakHaven have now become residents of Blackthorn. A lot of people have helped to create this town by flattening land and donating money to Danniel1998 and to the town bank. He has picked his TA's which are; xAndrewXD, Dean2222, Natalee27, Zalanaar and madcow22. Danniel1998 may be adding more TA's so if you want to become one, be on you're best behavior and don't ask! Adding to this, the town is currently under construction. We have nearly finished spawn and are now working on plots. There is a lot more work to be done so please be patient. We are working as quickly as possible but not forgetting the quality.

Yeah This Is Epic, The Town is only about 1 Day Old And we got 24 Residents.

DKMaxi is correct, there are lots of new people joining the town, not from OakHaven. So don't cry Jay.

I believe what you were trying to do was make out town look popular because of someone else. Like people have said, most of them are people who were not in OakHaven. The reason why people have been joining us is because they like Blackthorn and the mayor/PA's. So please do not say we are popular because of irshawz.

I don't know IrShawz, stop putting words into my mouth man... Daniel was/is a great friend of mines, we discuss a lot with each other on skype and what not, I didn't try to say OakHaven was popular because of IrShawz either. If anything it's a brilliant town, Daniel was obviously a good character in OakHaven if a lot of people from that town are wanting to join BlackThorn, right?

I think a lot of people need to try and chill, since the town died a lot of people were hurt, I accept that, but some people are taking too many things the wrong way.

All Jayjay said was that many of the new BlackThorn residents were from OakHaven. He didn`t say anything about Irrshawz (and I can`t actually see a connection there).

If you want to prove Jayjay wrong it is simple. Just use the facts:
How many people joined Blackthorn?
How many of those were from Oakhaven?
That should prove your point much better.

There are currently 27 residents of the town (28 including me).
Out of them 27 only 11 were previously residents in OakHaven, meaning BlackThorn has more residents from outside of OakHaven than in.

Hi all

Im quite new to MC and so dont know that much to be honest.

All i can say is that I joined one established town before Oakhaven and Blackthorn and i thought they were a little messy and out of control. No fault of the owners, just probably got very large and hard to manage. Blackthorn seems to be quite well controlled and tidy so far. Also, I have asked alot of questions in Blackthorn and the people have been very helpful and answered them all.

I sometimes feel guilty for asking so many questions rather than reading up on forums but noone seems to mind, they just answer my questions.

It looks a great town and i urge any noobs to join as you will find a lot of help.

Well, I know it`s cynical to say, but seeing what`s left of it, at night with tons of skeletons crawling around the still intact netherportal, the "Ruins of Oakhaven" would get the "scariest ruins" trophy.
