Hello there DeepHaven is an underground town founded by me, nebih. Djmanwild designed the town spawn, which I then changed a bit to smooth out. Dmonemac95 cleared out a lot of space for the town, kudos to him! Anyways, we have limited plots, since we have to mine out all of them. However, most of the main room to the town should be mined out. Also, instead of typing out DeepHaven every time, most of us shorten it to DH. We do not have taxes, we try to run the town off of donation only. If you have any questions about the town, feel free to message me here on the forums or in game with /mail nebih.

Plot Prices:

Resident Plot: 5,000 Noobz. (That's only 2 days of voting, plus these plots cost at least 15k to mine out.)
Shop Plot: 7,500 Noobz. (3 days of voting. Help the server while we are at it, right?)
Embassy Plot: 10,000 Noobz.

Rules of our town:
Rule #1: Follow all Server & Site rules. We don't like or want rule breakers in our town. PERIOD. Just doesn't look good for the rest of us.
Rule #2: Do not ask for town ranks. If you ask for a town rank, you most likely won't get it. Those who get it, have earned it.
Rule #3a: Absolutely no building above ground on your plot. The whole point/ideology behind the creation of DH was for 2 reasons. 1; To make a new and unique town. 2; To preserve the beautiful landscape above ground.(You will receive one warning if you break this rule. After receiving your warning, you will have one week to correct your error. Failure to comply within one week will result in further action being taken, as explained below.)
Rule #3b: Stay within the set boundries. Not only do we want you to stay underground, we want you to stay below our ceiling of the town. You may have a basement (If you are able to, I know we are too low and there is bedrock.) but, please don't mine/build above the ceiling.
Rule #4: Do NOT mine other places in town. (EX: a plot with incorrect perms(make sure to report these to me!), or a plot on edge of town.) We have the mining world for a reason.
Rule #5: Don't be rude. ZERO tolerance for rude people.
Rule #6: Have fun! That's what it's all about, right?

Failure to comply with our towns rules will result in you being kicked from town, and your plot (along with all of your items) will be removed. (Just to clarify, by removed I mean thrown into lava.)

If you become inactive for 90 days without any notice, your plot will be cleared along with your items and stored into a chest. To retrieve these items, you will need to contact nebih via /mail in game or with a PM here on the forums.
