A suggestion becuas tortuga did this when we fell of the top ten resident board on forms we made our town public and made all plot free with a 10 noob tax of rent on each plot and we are almost back on the board

A person often choice the town that has the most residents because they think that is the best town, cause most people are in it, but off course this is not true.

You need to advertise your town but not like saying in chat "Anybody want to join Diamondcreek" that just shows that you're desperate which is never good.

You can do like me and my Head Builder Batuus did in Flintwood, build some awesome looking structures, We have probably changed every single build in Flintwood to kinda around the same design, and they all look insanely awesome, this will drag members to the town cause they like the look of it.

Also make sure that you have farms and all the needed stuff, this makes people want to join your town even more cause it is easy ways to get food :)

Yup. This is basically how our town is currently. Since our Submayor is taking a little break from Minecraft Tom and I have had to take on his job so while we are looking for new residents we don't want it to be so booming that we can't keep up. Financially and town/plot wise. So thank you guys for your input. Hopefully we get a few new members soon.
