Making New Towns in V6

As everyone knows, the developing and buying of towns really messes with the noobstown economy.  I think we should pledge to not make too many towns.  Towns should be made when there are plot shortages.  If we do this, I believe that v6's economy will flourish, and we won't have as many money issues.  Let's make sure to keep the economy in mind:) Be reasonable- v6's future is counting on YOU.

I agree 100%, the problem with towns is that most people want to experience the feeling of leading a town and building their own empire. It's pretty hard to prevent too many towns from being created D:

This would also make the V6 "town world" almost useless, I do not agree, people should be able to do as they please, i also hate bad towns that don't get taken care of, but well, it is not my problem.

Not to shoot down your idea, but I completely disagree. The whole Towny plugin allows for many towns grouped in their respective nations, all battling for the best spot. I think it all adds to the economics... Also, I don't blame towns on the bad in-game economy. I blame it more so on ridiculous demands and buy-outs for certain useless goods and people not wanting things that are actually valuable. For example, I'm currently making my town which requires extreme amounts of dirt. I have been buying out all of the shops out of dirt, with over fifty stacks lying around now.... Which just shows that an invaluable resource is being overpriced. Anyways, it many different things that contribute to the economy... But, the solution isn't not having many towns, because that will lower friendly competition. :)

The problems in the economy start with the X-rays who made dimands super cheap. That's a little of topic. The resone why towns cost so much is the demands for them the server can't physically take so many towns becuas there is not allot of land left and other problems with it. Take the prices of gold in the USA for example the price of it goes up and down with demand.
