Since the ex-mayor of Silverwood, lord lewes left the town to me a while back I haven't done much with it. That is why I have decided to sell the town to the person who gives the highest price.
Price starts at 400k which is less than a town, you will become full owner of the town and all it's land. Please ask for any info on this as I'm pretty tired and have probably missed a lot out :L

The problem with that is that has been done before by lord lewes twice and now there is 3 areas which can't be cleared because there are still peoples houses there and it's littered everywhere around it and... You see my point :L I would much prefer to sell it to someone whom would be a good fixer-upper (don't know why I said whom :L) and move the town to an area which doesn't need replaced ground and extensive clear outs
