Not a doc, just a guy who has gotten in his fair share of fights in his younger years and traveled some drier climates as well. A stiff bit of folded up paper held between your upper lip and gums, held as tight as you can stand it, will help stifle the nose bleeds when they happen.
For the dryness, try swabbing the insides of your nose with Vaseline using a q-tip. It'll help keep the skin in there from drying out too bad. It'll also help the wounds to heal. Neosporin will also work as well for this.

Guys, I need a nosebleed remedy for my nosebleeds. I have nosebleeds fairly often (I think from dry air from living up north) and I bleed enough to go through half a box of tissues before I can get it to stop. I always feel woozy afterwards. I've tried everything from tilting my head back (it just makes the blood go into my throat and make me puke from the taste/thought) to plugging my nose with the tissue (that works best but the tissue gets soaked after a while and I have to change them, at which point Niagara Falls lets loose out of my nose). Is anyone a doctor here who could give me a few free tips on effective nosebleed stoppers other than using blood clotting meds (if I need to clot my blood I'll just down some sticks of liquid butter )?

It would still be about infinite times better if they added mod support so that instead of having a few new blocks copy-pasted from old mods in 1 whole year, each server could add its own stuff whenever it's needed since they can already do that but it wastes a LOT of time >_>
They keep adding commands and parameters but it's still a wonky system that makes stuff way more complicated than what it needs to be. It's something, but it's not very much.
Even map makers don't rely on those when they can get away with anything else and keep using a third party program to edit most of the stuff. That's saying something.
It's fine having command blocks (that still can only run static scripts), horses (years after Mo'Creatures), colored glass (being asked since forever and still no colored lights, available since 1.3 with popular mods) and bouncy stuff (same as colored lights) but really...
Considering that they're launching the Realms I can't see how that's worth it when on the other hand you could have actual computers, different types of energy, fuel, more creatures than you could possibly ask for, proper transportation, mobile blocks and MUCH more. For free.
I'm not saying to directly add all that stuff but if they added the _support_ to do that, everyone would have a way easier time since it's alreay possible but it still comes down to borderline illegal practices.
At some point it was reported that a very popular mod platform was downloaded more times than the original client itself.
As much as I like the game, if they can't see the wasted potential they're utterly blind.
They could set up a mod shop and I'm sure I'm not the only one that would gladly pay for official support!
(let alone that with proper monetization mods would come out faster and more polished)

The Slime Blocks are bouncy  you guys know what that means? BOUNCY HOUSES! And bouncy roads and bouncy floors and bouncy ceilings and bouncy everything! The granite and andesite are cool too and their polished versions are really nice if rich people wanna have luxury floors in their mansions

And guys, he's for real on this. He actually does this and we live about 100 miles from the Canadian border That awkward moment when you fall down the stairs in a crowded hallway in your school and knock down 10 other people while you fall (yep, happened to me last year. Nope, no broken bones for anyone thankfully)

If you guys want some awesome tips on the game, I used to explore the games till I had every nook and cranny explored and every trick booked. (This was from the Diamond and Pearl games to Black and White 1, but many of the tricks still work).
One such trick that I tried on Olah's Y game (I think it was Y) was when you first enter a battle, hit bag, select a pokeball (OTHER than a Master Ball, preferably a pokeball or great ball), and use it. When the pokeball starts to catch the pokemon (before the ball closes) tap B over and over. When it closes hit B. When it first hits the ground hit B. And lastly, every time it shakes back and forth, hit B. The trick usually works. It will catch any pokemn, even with full health and even legendary. When Smith and I used to play in Diamond and Pearl, he could catch a full health Palkia with a regular pokeball in a couple tries.

THE PLAN (If the release is on a Friday or Saturday)1. Meet with SmithB0118, deebles17, Olah0001, zebra903, 500manhunt, stickeyfingers, and maybe some of the people who plan to be mayors in the Teltido Nation (you guys in for meeting with me?) at the mining world spawn. 2. Break the group into 2-4 smaller groups, then forming a private party chat for only us, and going into the mining world. 3. Go looking for ?, ?, and ? biomes (that is classified and is for only the people in the party). 4. Collect the resources from the ?, ?, and ? biomes. 5. I will then leave the group and go looking for a place to open Utopia. 6. Raise the money to open Utopia and then help the other mayors in the Teltido Nation open their towns. By the first weekend, I hope to have Utopia opened to the staff of the town so we can start work on the spawn and other important city areas (The Stockpile (town storage), the auction house, Utopian town hall, farms, business district, and most importantly, living spaces for the common townfolk). We're still shooting for a Friday release, right?

On this thread, you can make an application to become a supplier of certain materials for Empire Trading and Manufacturing Co.
REQUIREMENTS:
You must be an active member of the server.
You must be ready to get large amounts of product at short notice.
You must be an efficient and fast worker, who will be able to give us the amount of product needed in a limited amount of time.
There are some questions that I know will probably come up, so I have some information on the job below.
What exactly IS a supplier?
A supplier is a person or group of people that collect(s) something that a company needs, then supplies the company with the product, and in return gets money.
How much money does a supplier get?
Well, it depends on how the economy turns out, but suppliers will definitely be able to live the high life. They will get (depending on how the economy is) 2,500-15,000 Noobz for a medium to large job (per job).
How committed must you be for this job?
Well, as I stated earlier, you must be active enough that we can rely on you to do jobs for us somewhat frequently. You must be efficient enough to get large amounts of supply at a time.
How many suppliers per supply?
We will need anywhere between 1-4 suppliers for any given supply, depending on what the supply is and how often the supplier is online.
What supply categories can we apply for?
There are quite a few categories you can apply for. The higher your MCmmo level is in that area, the easier it will be to get your job done. The categories that you can apply for are:
Logs and leaves
Weapons, tools, and armor
Basic materials
Building materials
Redstone stuff
Agricultural Products (Wheat, Sugar Cane, etc.)
Food (Meats, cakes, etc.)
People who are accepted as suppliers will have their name put in bold letters behind the supply category they chose. When the category is full, I will put [FULL] in front of the category.
