Outposts are parts of town that don't have to be connected to the HomeBlock. Homeblocks are where the town spawn is, and your town can only claim a chunk that touches another chunk that touches the HomeBlock chunk. Outposts allow you to claim that chunk outside of town borders (if you wish), but at the cost of 42.5k Noobz as of V6.0. However, as any long time player knows, the prices can change drastically. At the beginning of V5, towns only cost 150k. Around V5.3, they changed it to 350k. (I joined in V5.2 and only saw towns at 150k for maybe a week). Around 5.7, the admins raised town prices AGAIN, this time to 500k, where it remained until the last day of V5.

Honestly, as much as I'd love to get V6 here ASAP, don't you think it'd be better to have a really long release duration, and have ALL of the bugs worked out properly, instead of a speedy, rushed release with TONS of in-game bugs?
I stand by my viewpoint that in any video game, the more time spent developing, the better the game will be in the eventual final release. Give it time, guys. Heck, if it means no Noobween celebration, I would prefer that more than having problems in the middle of it.
I can see where both sides are going but I'd rather it be here ASAP. I say this because its been already a month since Foob promised it would come out, and more people= more bugs found

is it volunteer for the town rounds ? or will u do like actual hg and pick people...
It depends on this factor: How many people want to fight in the Nation round? If 2 or less per town, then they are automatically qualified, but it would be unfortunate because the Town Round brings out the best of the town fighters and shows who can use the land to their advantage the best.

UTOPIA V6 OFFICIAL THREAD Introduction In Version 6, there will be many great towns, with lots of things to do, great communities, and just and overall amazing Noobscraft experience. However, we at Utopia have a goal to be the best town in V6. We wish to provide the amazing members of this great server with the ultimate town experience. A dedicated and very active staff team, many things to do including spleef, PvP, horse racing, pig racing, casinos, and a whole lot of other stuff! We will have many amenities in town, including massive farms, huge fishing docks, special town mines restocked with ores every week, a business district, mob grinders, XP farms, and pre-built house areas.
TOWN RULES 1. Read /rules and obey those rules as well as town rules. 2. If you have more than one plot, try to keep them together. 3. Do not remove the stone slabs for the plot borders. If you don't, you will be evicted from offending plot or plots. 4. If you are inactive for 2 weeks or more, you will lose your plots unless you leave a note at your plot that you plan to be away. 5. No obscene or inappropriate builds or skins allowed in town. 6. Do not beg for a rank in town. They will be given through trust, winning a building competition, or through approved application. 7. If you need help, do not be afraid to ask the town staff for it! 8. Be creative with your builds! No dirt houses or not built on plots.

Admins, I know this post is over 2 years old, but I was looking through posts and I thought since V6 is coming out soon, and a lot of people will be creating towns, we should have a town vote in V6 to help the winning town. It would make towns be more competitive, which would make the towns have better structures and give a better experience for the players.

So the Red Sox made it into the MLB playoffs (Major League Baseball) for the first time since 2009 and are facing the Tampa Bay Rays in the American League Division Series and its game two today at 5:30 and I'm going it's going to be awesome its the first playoff game I've ever been to. Hopefully they win! #BostonStrong

Nebih... only two horror stories have seriously scared me and that was one of them. The other one goes like this: It was Halloween night. A teenage girl and three of her friends are going trick-or-treating and come upon a haunted house that an old man has set up at his house. People keep running out saying "Dear mother of God that's beyond scary! Don't go in!" But these girls think they can handle it, so three of the four go in. The fourth one says, "Haha there is no way I'm going in there! I'll just stay out here and wait for you to all run back screaming and crying!" So the other three go in. It is quite scary, and soon, one of the girls says "I can't take it any more! I'm going back!" So then only two more girls remain, the girl and her very best friends, who are both extremely strong-stomached. After a little while, the best friend says "I can't do this any more, I'm going to pee my pants if I go on and get scared like this again!" So she turns back. The girl says, "I'll get your candy for you when I'm done." And she goes on. She walks for quite a while, and finally she comes to where the old man is at with the candy. He says, "congratulations- you are the first person all night to make it this far." She says, "This was a pretty scary haunted house! I nearly turned back myself!" The old man says, "Oh, but this isn't the end just yet. You still have a bit to go... if you dare." The girl says "Alright! I'll go." The man says "go right through that door." So the girl walks to the door and the old man opens it for her. He walks back to his chair and sits down while she goes through the door. It is pitch black and gave the girl shivers down her spine, unlike she had ever felt before. The girl says, "I think I'll go back." The door slams shut before she can get back to it. Something was waiting for her in the darkness. THE END.
