Upside, if it can be so, is that voting is disabled for now. Looking forward to seeing the new whatever it is.

I do love seeing the names of people I know are really active on the list though!!

Exactly, it opens it up for grinding. Easier to just make a huge grinder in town.

I have 2 wild areas, actually. The first has a nice guardian grinder area that you can see at my /visit, where you can wind your way upstairs to a (imo) gorgeous fishing area, landlocked lake/pond with a cottage that got caught up in a tree after it had collapsed. There's a secret area further out, with an abandoned rustic mossy brick fort? fortress? I don't know what it is yet, but been working on that. Even further out is a little fishing cottage through the vines (past the abandoned acacia cocoa plantation- that'll be a tree fort one day- one day!!) and a floating island that one day will be something. (Again, one day!) To the opposite end of that area, is a renovated jungle temple- definitely creepy!

The second wild area is a little mountain by the woods cottage, complete with a mini mooshroom island with mooshroom spawner, and behind the cottage is a sheep barn, with sheep spawner. Past the sheep barn you can wander over a stone bridge, over a land bridge (hand built even), and into a village! I've been renovating that in my spare time (so, very very slowly, hoping to get more into it this summer!)

I LOVE doing landscaping, and water features. Some of my other big work can be seen in Lunarfalls (but that's a town), and town x, and outside ArtemisKnox's wild. (There are other places where I've put things, but those are the big things!)

I paid for the TS app on my phone, and can't use it to connect to the server when I'm away and someone needs something. :\ Much sadness.

Market Place / So You Say You Want a Fishing Hole...
« on: 8 May 2018, 03:22:52 »
I'm available to be hired to make a fishing hole for you! Happy to negotiate prices. If you'd like examples of my work, they can be seen in town x (2 of them, actually- one near the farms and one off the iron path), Lunarfalls, my own /visit at my wild for bigger scale things, (work your way upstairs and see it), a water feature at /t o Lunarfalls saddle, and more. Depending on the scale and how big you'd like it will depend on how much I'd charge, but prices are always negotiable within reason! Also available are little fishing huts or docks! (Also in these areas.) Prices are also dependant upon whether or not you provide materials, and what said materials are. (Sorry, full diamond block ponds are not available at this time without you providing the materials.)

Talk to me!

I'd like to adopt a pathway- should I contact you in game? I may be interested in an embassy at some point as well!

That's a lotta text to quote and then try to reply to, so I'm just gonna jump in and you can guess what I'm referring to if you don't know. :P

Re: COTM voting etc. I keep meaning to propose a team of staff to judge, or an agreed upon team, to judge, then submit the best of x number, maybe top 3 builds. Maybe 2 and 3 get some more coin, and number 1 gets a head. That way the work load is spread out, and it'll get done quicker. Also maybe when they are judged, within that group they talk about why the votes went a certain way, like what was appreciated about each build- this way even if you don't win a prize, you win some feedback, which thus builds (har har) (even) stronger builders.

Actually we should have some more Contents so they could do things like quests

The continuation of The Royal Cure quest is in the works, for what that's worth. ;D Soon!

After playing for about 6 years (on and off), this is me!

A big trend going around right now where I live is goat yoga. I love practicing yoga, but on that day there was no yoga all goat cuddles. That little goat's name is T-Rex!

EEEE goats!!! And hihi!

Suggestions & Ideas / Re: [Suggestion] Seasonal World Resets
« on: 3 May 2018, 22:28:51 »
I dunno about seasonal resets. While there's still plenty of space for gathering resources, many of the generated structures (villages, strongholds, fortresses, End cities etc) get discovered and looted well before a month has gone by.  For those of us who enjoy exploring to find such things, the monthly reset timing is a welcome thing.

I've been trying to go out further in the End, but its kinda hard to tell which way is which, and all but one of the cities I've found were already picked over.  :(

If you hit f3, you can see which direction you are headed, and what your coords are, so in the event of flying with Elytra, you can avoid going below a certain level.

I need lilypads. Paying well for them. :P

You can have outposts anywhere really, the beauty of this is that we're all friends who wanted to build towards this. :D It's the allowed towns that make it expensive.

71
I'm really excited to build with you guys, and make this happen!! I know we all have a ton of projects we're working on, and this is SUCH an awesome welcome addition!!

Sometimes if you have a texture pack that is too resource heavy for your rig, it can cause the game to not load. Do you have any texture packs loaded up, or shader packs, etc?
